1. Formalities in China

1) Receiving freight booking and S/R from shipper
2) Booking freight to Liner and receiving reservation number
3) Notifying reservation number to shipper and inform freight warehousing place
4) Shipper receives reservation number from CY
5) Shipper decides a transport company, and store freight in CY
6) Notifying weight and quantity to us for reservation of Airline
7) Shipper store freight in CY, and pass export entry progress with S/R
8) Sending all documents to us after export entry
9) Loading

2. Formality in Korea

10) Making a freight reservation in preliminary relevant airline
11) Requesting T/S, and sending EDI
12) CY does freight leaving a ship report in the customhouse
13) Acquiring permission through applying license of bonded goods after
      leaving a ship report (preparatory document : Suitable candidate for
      marriage freight M/F, commercial invoice, package detailed statement)
14) Transporting bonded goods after receiving D/O from Line
15) Carrying goods in bonded warehouse in a airport, then reporting arrival in

3. INCHON PORT - INCHON AIRPORT

A. Formalities of Inchon harbor

1) Confirming existence of cargo and wrong thing of B/L
2) Transmitting EDI with MRN NO received from Line, and then requesting T/S
3) Making a declaration of leaving a ship report at the customhouse in CY
4) Notifying arrival to shipper and receiving all sorts documents
5) Giving documents of bond license to transporting company
6) Transport company applies bond license at the customhouse, and acquiring
    permission
7) Delivering D/O from Line to transport company
8) Carrying out cargo at presentation of D/O and bond license
9) Notifying arrival time of cargo to Inchon Airport, and being allotted warehouse
    place
10) Bond transportation

B. Formalities of Inchon Airport

11) Preliminary confirming shipping documents and reservation of airline
12) Being notified arrival time of cargo, and requesting work at warehouse
13) After arrival, reporting reaching in the customhouse though over bond
    license
14) After carrying in bonded warehouse, certifying weight, volume, and labeling
15) Notifying confirmed weight and volume to the head office
16) Publishing AWB, and making out freight manifest
17) Notifying schedule to partner and consignee

- Normal time: 9 AM - 6 PM(March- October)

b. Bonded warehouse

- The documents and cargos are closed at 4 hours before departure time
- Cargoes of next day should be stored at bonded warehouse at 6 pm before a
   day
